Shipping & delivery
Every order leaves our workshop wrapped in tissue and packed flat, with a tracking number sent the moment it is collected.
Dispatch
Orders are prepared within 1–2 working days. Pieces ordered on a Friday afternoon or over a weekend leave on the following Monday.
You will receive a confirmation on placing your order and a second message with tracking once the parcel is collected.

Duties & taxes
Orders within the European Union are shipped with all taxes included — nothing further is owed on delivery.
Orders outside the EU may attract import duties set by your local customs authority. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected by us.
Multiple pieces
Pieces are made in different ateliers and may travel separately. If your order arrives in more than one parcel you will receive a tracking number for each; you are never charged twice.

If tracking has not moved for five working days, write to us through our contact form with your order number and we will trace it for you.
